Mediation Bucks has a panel of accredited civil and workplace mediators who provide their services on a pro-bono basis which allows a cost-effective service to be provided with the fees that we charge directly benefitting our community-based mediation service.

Our panel of over 30 experienced mediators ensures that we can make appropriate appointments without the choice becoming a matter of contention between the parties.

Rita Jackson LLB, CMC

Rita qualified as a Solicitor in 1994 and as a Civil Mediator in 2009. She then added qualifications in Community Mediation, Conflict Coaching and in 2014 Family Mediation to her portfolio. Rita brings her experience as a solicitor working in housing, individual insolvency, and public law to mediation and now is a full time civil and family mediator.

Kevin McKee Dip Arb, FRICS, FCIArb

Kevin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 35 years’ experience in the construction sector and who now specialises in dispute resolution. Kevin is a CIArb accredited Civil Mediator with broad mediation experience. He also lectures on construction contracts, has represented parties in adjudication proceedings, and been instructed by solicitors to provide expert evidence.

Phyllida Middlemiss MA, MPhil

Phyllida was called to the bar and her practice as a civil and commercial barrister included construction, employment and landlord & tenant. Marriage to a diplomat led to 20 years providing legal and policy advice to international organisations including Kew Gardens and the World Intellectual Property Organisation. Phyllida is an accredited Mediator and amongst other skills has expertise in developing commercial relationships where English may not be the first language.

Sue Granshaw MSc BA BSc Chartered FCIPD

Sue has over 30 years’ experience as a workplace mediator and has experience as an HR Director and as Commercial Director of an HR and Management Consultancy. She has mediated in a wide variety of organisations and, also, in disputes involving parties with mental health issues. Sue provides training in mediation skills, managing difficult people, and employment law.

Antony Sendall Barrister

Antony was called to the bar in 1984 and was accredited as a Civil and Commercial Mediator in 2008 and soon added Workplace and Community Mediation to his skillset. His complementary skills as a leading employment law specialist have led to him being instructed as a mediator in a wide range of employment and workplace mediations as well as civil and commercial disputes of all types.

Tony Kaye BA, MBA, MBCS, MCIArb

Tony qualified as an accredited Mediator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2011 and has extensive mediation experience. He has been a director of a company and brings a combination of interpersonal skills and commercial experience to the mediation table. Tony is currently the ombudsman for a group of removal companies and was a JP for 39 years.

Janet Churchill MSc, CIPD

Janet has an MSc in Human Resource Development and is an accredited Mediator and Mediation Supervisor. She has extensive experience of workplace and civil mediation and of providing mediation related training. Janet worked in Human Resources at a University and has acted as mediator to resolve workplace issues at the University as well as for Mediation Bucks.

Andy Kenward BA, MSc, MASt

Andy became an accredited Civil and Workplace Mediator through the ADR Group in 2013 and has considerable broad-based mediation experience. Andy’s professional background has been in managing change in an IT environment and addressing business, management and people issues. He has an ability to understand business and management issues and to assist parties in resolving damaging disputes.

Aylene Pierce MA, Chartered MCIPD

Aylene became an accredited Mediator in 2009 and has practised extensively in workplace mediation. She has over thirty years’ experience in Human Resource Management and employee relations in which she holds a masters degree. Aylene’s counselling training and experience have enhanced her insight and ability to deal with the emotional aspects of conflict and to assist the parties in resolving their dispute.

Rajiv Chelani BSc, MBA, SPC Mediator

Rajiv is an accredited Mediator (SPC) with over 20 years of commercial experience and 10 years of mediation experience. This encompasses both the public and private sectors and his broad-based mediation experience includes civil, community and workplace mediation. Rajiv has tutored for the Specialist Certificate in School of Psychology Counselling (SCPC) and is comfortable managing multi-cultural issues.
